Most clients need 4–8 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart for optimal fat reduction and cellulite improvement. Exact number depends on individual goals, body composition, and response; your technician will create a personalized treatment plan during consultation.
Treatments are generally well tolerated. Patients feel warming, suction, or gentle pulsing sensations but most describe sessions as comfortable. We use adjustable settings and cooling measures to minimize discomfort. Your therapist will monitor tolerance and adjust intensity as needed.
Some clients notice subtle improvements after the first session, but visible contouring and cellulite reduction commonly appear after several sessions. Results continue to improve over weeks as the body processes treated fat and tightens skin; full effects typically within 6–12 weeks.
Common temporary side effects include mild redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness at treated areas. These typically resolve within a few days to a week. Serious complications are rare; we review contraindications during consultation and provide aftercare instructions to promote safe recovery.
Ideal candidates are near their target weight with localized thigh fat or cellulite and realistic expectations. Those with medical conditions, pregnancy, or certain implants may not qualify. A consultation and medical history review determine suitability and personalized treatment planning.
Stay hydrated, avoid anti-inflammatory medications or alcohol 48 hours before treatment, and wear comfortable clothing. Bring any relevant medical records and inform us about medications or past procedures. We'll provide specific pre-treatment instructions during scheduling.
