Trim hair to about a quarter-inch if needed, avoid exfoliating or sun exposure immediately before your appointment, and arrive clean. We recommend avoiding caffeine and heavy exercise beforehand to reduce sensitivity. Our estheticians will guide you through any concerns.

Most appointments take about 20 to 45 minutes depending on experience, hair density, and whether it's your first waxing. First-time clients may require slightly longer for consultation and extra care to ensure comfort and proper technique.

Some discomfort is normal, especially for first-timers, but our technique, soothing pre-wax oils, and quick, precise pulls minimize pain. We offer tips to reduce sensitivity and can accommodate concerns to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Results usually last three to four weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles and care at home. Regular waxes over time can lead to finer, sparser regrowth and slightly longer intervals between appointments.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. After 48 hours gently exfoliate and apply soothing, alcohol-free lotions to reduce redness and prevent ingrown hairs for optimal healing.

Pregnant clients should consult their healthcare provider; anyone with active skin infections, sunburn, recent chemical peels, or taking certain retinoids should postpone waxing. Inform your esthetician about medications and skin conditions before booking.
