Get answers to common questions about YUMI Brows Lamination + Reshaping + Tint.

Typically 6–8 weeks depending on hair growth cycles and aftercare. Touch-ups can extend longevity; avoid heavy oil-based products and excessive wetting for the first 48 hours to preserve shape and tint. Individual results may vary.

Most clients experience minimal discomfort. Technicians use gentle products and careful techniques; you may feel mild tension during lamination and light stinging if skin is sensitive. Communicate any concerns so we can adjust timing or stop the process for your comfort and safety.

Yes. Lamination lifts and aligns hairs to create greater fullness appearance while reshaping fills gaps visually. Tinting darkens lighter hairs for better definition. For very sparse brows, combining with growth serums or considering microblading may be recommended during a consultation.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid plucking or waxing at least 48 hours prior. Disclose recent treatments, allergies, or medications. If you tint regularly, skip tinting for two weeks so we can choose the best shade and assess natural growth.

Avoid heavy water exposure, saunas, swimming and sweating for the first 48 hours. Light splashes are okay after initial period, but prolonged wetting may weaken the lamination and fade tint sooner. Follow aftercare guidelines for optimal longevity and shape retention.

Certain skin conditions, active infections, recent chemical peels, or pregnancy may restrict treatment. A patch test is recommended for clients with sensitive skin or dye allergies. Disclose medications and medical history during booking so our therapist can advise safety and alternative options.
